Cans are no longer exclusive just to beer. You can find great wine in a can that doesn’t jeopardize the flavor. This post was so fun to make because I sampled each and every one of these wines to make sure they were A-OK! These are the best canned wines to drink this summer and beyond wherever the occasion fits.

Why Buy Canned Wine?

You may be thinking, ‘why canned wine?’ Over the past couple of years, canned wine has become in such demand here’s why.

  • Cans are more recyclable than glass.
  • Cans chill faster than its glass bottle counterparts.
  • Easy on-the-go packing
  • Can drink where glass is not allowed like pools, beaches, parks ETC.
  • Cans don’t change the taste of the wine.

I’ve included my top picks among all varietals because who says canned wine is only for rosé wines? No matter what type of wine you’re looking, whites, reds, or even a tasty spritzer, I’ve included them in this list. Here are the best canned wines.

Rosé Wine in a Can

1. Beach Juice Rosé

Rose Wine in a Can

Beach Juice $8.99

ABV 13% / 375ML

Beach Juice Rosé is an all-around crisp and flavorful rosé wine, and like the name suggests it’s perfect for the beach or any place on the go. Don’t be fooled by the packaging either, inside is a complex and tasteful wine with a nice punchy finish. Beach Juice also has a Sparkling Rosé that is equally delicious.

2. Acrobat Rosé

Acrobat Rose

ABV 13.5% / 375ML

Acrobat Rosé wine from Orgeon provides an elevated and refreshing rosé wine that has bright flavors of raspberries & strawberries. This wine is rich in flavor and is perfect for those who like their rosé on the dryer side.

3. Ah So Rosé

Ah So Rose

ABV 12.5% / 250ML

Ah-So Rosé is estate grown and estate canned in Navarra Spain using 100% organic Garnacha grapes. This wine has the perfect balance of crisp taste and fruit flavors. I can’t believe this is from a can, it’s just delicious.

4. Ava Grace Rose

AVB 13% / 375ML

Not only is the Ava Grace can gorgeous, the wine inside matches with bright fruit-forward wine with a crip dry style wine. The body is silky and medium-bodied, sure to be a crowd-pleaser for all.

5. Rosé All Day Rosé

ABV 12.5% / 250ML

When looking at the Rosé All Day Can, you might be surprised to taste the elegant wine inside! Harvested and bottled in the south of France for the areas focus on quality. Rose All Day is crisp on the palate with a long fruity finish. Best served chilled with fish, sushi, chicken, salads, and appetizers!

White Wine in a Can

6. Companion Wines Reisling

Best Canned Wines

This is not your average Riesling! Companion Wines produced and bottled this clean and enjoyable Riesling in California. The flavor profile is not sweet but offers a complex taste and smooth finish. This canned wine comes in half-bottle sizes.

7. Archer Roose Sauvignon Blanc

Best Canned Wines

Archer Roose: 4 Cans $16

ABV 12.5% / 250ML
Archer Roose Sauvignon Blanc is made from sustainably grown grapes in Casablanca Valley in Chile. This wine has a bright taste with tropical citrus and grapefruit notes. Pairs well with oysters and seafood, perfect for a day at the beach, or wherever you need your wine fix.

8. Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc

9. Bartenura Moscato

Best Canned Wines

ABV 5% / 250ML

If you are looking for a sweet white wine, then Bartenura Moscato is right up your alley. Moscato grapes are naturally rich in perfumes, and this wine is geared to preserve those natural flavors. I normally don’t like sweeter wines, but this one combines the notes beautifully. Can be served alone, with an aperitif, or paired with fruit or light deserts.

Sparkling Wine in a Can

Is it weird that I didn’t know canned wine is a thing? But it’s awesome that it’s more recyclable and chills faster as well!
