6 Charming Things to do in NYC In Spring
Table of Contents
No more winter coats everyone, it’s finally springtime in NYC! I always thought Washington D.C. had the prettiest blossoms, but NYC has just the same amount of splendor, especially Central Park. There are so many fun things to do to during this time, but I rounded up my favorite 6 things to do in NYC During Spring that mostly include marveling the blossoms. I hope you enjoy it!
If you are visiting NYC, also check out my Top NYC Instagram Spots Post!
1. Picnic in Central Park
My favorite way to kick off the Spring season is having a picnic in Central Park. During the peak of blossoms, there are countless pink and white trees you can situate yourself near to have a relaxing and gorgeous day in the park. No picnic is complete without a blanket, food, and refreshments so make sure you bring those along!
Also the dress I’m mostly wearing throughout this post is only $32.97 and I am obsessed!

2. Lunch at Laduree Soho
Situated on West Broadway in Soho, Laduree’s backyard garden is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. To make it even more enchanting, it is covered with gorgeous blossoming trees that would make a very memorable spring lunch in SoHo.

3. Watch the Sunset at Hudson River Park
Catch a golden moment by watching the sunset over the Hudson River. Complete your viewing with a good company and your favorite bottle of wine.
4. Take Photos of Floral Store Facades
Sezane
I’ve mentioned this store in my Local’s Guide to NYC Post, but it screams ‘Spring’ I have to mention it again. If you haven’t already stumbled upon this in NYC, go now!
Hill House
Another gorgeous facade in the West Village that popped up on Instagram. The white florals add to a fancy backdrop!
5. Hunt for the Prettiest Cherry Blossoms in NYC
I personally loved finding the pink & white trees all over NYC! My favorite locations to find the Cherry Blossoms were located all over downtown. My favorites were Flatiron District, Union Square, and Soho.

6. Have Lunch at Serra by Birreria at Eataly Flatiron
During Spring Serra by Birreria at Eataly Flatiron has a rooftop that changed decor throughout the seasons. Come during spring for floral accents throughout and enjoy the Italian menu. I would recommend making reservations in advance just to be sure you can get a table. They also serve frozen jumbo Aperol Spritz!
