Serra by Birreria is one of my favorite top rooftop restaurants in NYC to visit because you’ll always find something new. Each season, the decor and menu change to reflect the time and serve what is fresh on the menu.
This spring season, you’ll step into the blooming countryside greenhouse on the roof featuring fresh ingredients. Artisan Italian Producers and local U.S. farms, much of the produce are farm-fresh and sourced from the tri-state area.

You can experience the beach right from Sandbar Rooftop, with its Hamptons beach decor. Open for all seasons in the heart of the Flatiron District, this 23rd-floor rooftop on top of the Hilton Hotel offers great almost 360 views of the city and light bites.
The decor reflects the laid-back feel of the Hamptons beach with whimsical touches from lifeguard chairs, hanging lounges, and swings made from reclaimed wine barrels.
Enjoy one of the cocktails from the lengthy menu and pinsa pizza, which is absolutely delish. My favorite is the Bianca with caramelized onions and fresh ricotta.
