Quince Bag Review: I Tried 10+ Styles and These Are My Favorites

If there’s one thing you shouldn’t sleep on at Quince, it’s their bags. I’ve tried dozens of Quince bag styles over the years, and the one thing I keep coming back to is just how good the quality is, especially for the price.

Honestly, there’s no reason to spend more than $200 to get a beautiful, quality leather bag. So many of the Quince bags I own look and feel far more expensive than they are, with elevated, designer-inspired styles and beautiful leather. The price point is just top notch.

From everyday crossbody bags and roomy totes to woven styles and smaller shoulder bags, I’ve tried a little bit of everything.

The Quince Bags I’m sharing below are my personal favorites, and more importantly, they’re bags I actually own, use, and wear. So, let’s get into my favorite Quince bags and the styles I highly recommend.

My Favorite Quince Bags

Quince Sloane Handwoven Mini Shoulder Bag

The Sloane Handwoven Mini Shoulder Bag is one of Quince’s bestsellers, and I finally added it to my collection. Honestly, what was I waiting for? I had previously tried the regular size Sloane, but it was a little too big for me, so I much prefer the mini version.

This has become one of my go-to bags when I’m out and about in New York City and need to fit my essentials, plus a portable charger, Apple headphones, a small notebook and pen, hand sanitizer, lip gloss, and a few makeup essentials (while still looking cute).

Versatility is everything. You can wear it crossbody, as a shoulder bag for a more polished look, or remove both straps and carry it as a clutch for dinner or happy hour.

The handwoven Italian leather looks so expensive, and for me, the mini is the perfect size.

Quince Italian Leather Handwoven Mini Leather Bag

This bag, in my opinion, this leather shoulder bag looks so expensive. The handwoven Italian leather gives me those Bottega vibes, but for literally a fraction of the price at under $150.

If I’m wearing something super simple like a T-shirt and jeans, the woven leather adds that extra punch of style and makes the entire outfit feel more polished.

Even though it’s a smaller bag, I can still fit quite a bit inside, and while you can wear it as a shoulder bag, I personally love carrying it around my wrist.

I also love the little details, like the feet on the bottom that help protect the bag and keep its shape. This is definitely one of those bags people will ask you about, and no, you didn’t have to spend over $1,000 to get the look.

Quince Italian leather patchwork crossbody

The cognac color of this patchwork crossbody bag is absolutely beautiful. It adds such a rich, warm tone to an outfit, and I especially gravitate toward this one during the summertime because it matches my brown Hermès sandals to a T. I call it that perfect “French brown” because the color just looks so chic and elevated.

This is also one of my favorites when I need to carry a little more with me. You can fit a ton inside, the magnetic closure makes it really easy to get in and out of, and the crossbody strap is perfect when you’re out and about and want to be hands-free.

And once again, you’re getting that expensive, designer-inspired look without the designer price tag.

Quince Amelie Shoulder Bag

The Amelie Shoulder Bag is probably one of my most reached-for Quince bags. I’ve literally had people stop me in person to ask where it’s from, pull it up on the website, and buy it after seeing mine. This is that bag. This is that girl.

It looks so chic and sophisticated, and it’s one of my go-to bags when I’m heading out for dinner or drinks. It instantly gives an outfit that designer-inspired feel, but it’s still practical enough to fit my phone, keys, wallet, and a few extras.

If you want a bag that turns heads, this is the one I’d get. It makes even a simple outfit feel more elevated, looks far more expensive than it is, and I can almost guarantee someone is going to ask you where it’s from.

Quince Leather Mini Crescent Shoulder Bag

The leather mini crescent bag is of Quince’s first bag styles, and I can’t believe it took me so long to finally try it. The way it sits on the shoulder feels incredibly comfortable and natural. It stays in place without constantly sliding off, which makes it such an easy bag to carry all day.

The leather has a beautiful texture that looks and feels high quality, and for under $100, the price point is so good. I chose the butter yellow, which is perfect for summer, but it comes in several colors.

For the quality, comfort, and price, this is definitely one of the Quince bags to put on your radar. It’s an easy everyday shoulder bag that looks far more expensive!

Quince Italian Suede East-West Shoulder Bag

The way I am in love with this suede east-west shoulder bag. The double straps remind me of the Amelie style, but the suede adds so much warmth and richness to a fall outfit. It has that elevated, designer-inspired look while still being such a great price for the quality.

It’s also practical. Inside, you’ll find one zippered pocket and two open side pockets, so I can easily grab my phone, keys, and wallet while keeping smaller valuables secure.

If you’re looking for a suede bag for fall, this is such a good find. The shape is classic, the suede feels beautiful, and that rich texture instantly makes an outfit feel more expensive.

Quince Naomi Handwoven Clutch

A leather clutch is always a closet staple, and the Naomi Handwoven Clutch is one of my go-to bags when I’m heading out for dinner or an evening and want to dress up my outfit. The soft dumpling shape feels effortless and classic, while the handwoven leather gives it that elevated look Quince does so well.

You can fit quite a bit inside, and it also comes with a crossbody strap for added versatility. I personally find the strap a little too long, so I prefer carrying this one as the clutch it was intended to be. It’s an easy evening bag I reach for again and again.

Quince Italian Leather Handwoven Convertible Clutch

Another leather handwoven clutch option and one of my go-to evening bag styles. What I really love about this one is the zippered compartment inside, so I can secure my phone, wallet, and other valuables, zip everything up, and fold the clutch over without worrying about anything falling out.

It’s especially practical for nights out when you want your essentials secure but still want a chic bag. The handwoven leather and classic fold-over design feel timeless, making this an evening bag I can see myself wearing for years.

Quince Italian Leather Asymmetrical Mini Shoulder Bag

Like I said, I’ve tried dozens of Quince bags, and here we have another winner. This Italian Leather Asymmetrical Miini Shoulder Bag has become one of my go-to weekend bags when I’m not carrying much with me. It’s definitely a smaller silhouette, so think phone, wallet, keys, and a few essentials.

I love how lightweight it is and how easily it sits on the shoulder. I also find myself reaching for this brown color surprisingly often with my summer outfits. If you want a smaller, easy bag for casual weekend plans when you don’t need to carry much, this is such a good option.

Quince Italian Leather & Raffia Crossbody

If you need a summery bag but still want to be hands-free, this leather & raffia crossbody bag is such a good option. You can fit plenty inside, and I love the contrast of the black leather against the natural raffia. It makes the bag feel a little more elevated while still being perfect for summer.

It’s versatile, functional, and adds a fun texture to even the simplest summer outfit. An easy choice for vacations, weekends, or anytime you want that summery raffia look without sacrificing practicality.

Quince Adeline Shopper Tote

Another OG Quince style is the triple compartment leather shopper tote. A great option if you’re looking for a high-quality work bag.

The triple-compartment design gives you plenty of room, with two open sections for easy access and a zippered compartment in the center to keep valuables secure. I love the open sides when I want to quickly grab my phone, notebook, or other essentials.

If you prefer a work tote that fully zips closed, however, I would recommend this Quince tote instead.

Are Quince Bags Worth It?

So, are Quince bags actually worth it? As you can probably tell by now, my answer is 100% yes. For the quality, price point, and number of styles to choose from, I really don’t think you can go wrong.

The bags I’ve featured here are made with real leather, look far more expensive than they are, and many similar leather styles from other retailers can easily cost hundreds more.

Quince is also constantly launching new bags, so I’m always keeping an eye out for what to try next. Currently on my list is the Suede Hudson Tote. It has a full zipper and looks like it would make such a chic airplane or business travel bag when you need more than a handbag but don’t necessarily want to carry a full duffel.

If you’ve been on the fence about trying a Quince bag, let this be your sign. You’re getting beautiful leather, great quality, elevated styles, and incredible price points.
